At our Annual Meeting, hosted by the FBI New Haven Professional Staff, our Association was able to conduct our end of year business, as well as receive a briefing on a recent FBI case. The Highlights included:
- Signing of a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) by Special Agent in Charge Kimberly Mertz and FBINHCAAA President Edward C. Keane, Ph.D. The MOU, based on national framework agreed to by FBI Headquarters and the National FBICAAA, specifies the working arrangement between our two organizations.
- Case Briefing of the FBI's involvement in the murder investigation of Annie Le at Yale University.
